Add a protein to any salad to make it a meal.

Ingredient list

Salad

  • 1 Avocado
  • 8oz Cooked shrimp (large)
  • 2 Strub’s pickled eggs
  • 1 pint Grape tomatoes
  • 4 Prosciutto slices

Russian dressing

  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Ketchup
  • 4 tsp. Strub’s Horseradish strained
  • 1 tsp. Hot sauce
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. Paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Salad

  • Wash and chop lettuce and fill serving bowl.
  • Peel avocado, slice thinly, fan over salad.
  • Line up the shrimp.
  • Slice pickled eggs and arrange over salad.
  • Wash grape tomatoes and cut in half. Place in a line over salad.
  • Place prosciutto over salad.

Russian Dressing

  • Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
