Ingredients List

  • 5 oz Whiskey
  • ½ oz Tequila
  • ¼ oz Strub’s Banderilla skewer juice
  • ¾ cup Clamato juice
  • 1 Strub’s Banderilla skewer
  • 1 Celery stalk
  • 1 Prosciutto slice
  • Sriracha to taste


  • Cook one prosciutto slice for 1 minute in the microwave until hard.
  • Finely chop the prosciutto into ‘bacon bit’ like pieces.
  • Roll the edge of the glass in the prosciutto.
  • Combine clamato juice, whiskey, tequila and Strub’s Banderilla Skewer brine together in a shaker.  Shake well.
  • Add Sriracha as required.
  • Garnish with a stalk of celery and a Strub’s Banderilla skewer.
